got together in 2000 and so the Millennium Bridge has a particular
relevance to us, especially
as we both love the river and visit the
Tate Modern regularly. Disabled people are perceived as being
asexual
and genderless, so people find it particularly hard to deal with it
when we are obviously gay.
We are proud when we are recognised as being
a couple, though - in spite of it being impossible
to hold hands when
you are both rolling along together!"
